Cheap Florida Holidays
There are ways of cutting the cost of a Florida holiday without compromising on quality and activities. At Florida Masters, we offer the best range of cheap Florida holidays including popular destinations as Orlando, the Florida Keys, the Gold and Gulf Coasts, and Miami. Want to save money on your next Florida holiday? Here’s how…
Consider all accommodation and location options
Some of the cheapest Florida holidays include the flight and hotel accommodation in one package, perfect for when you are travelling as a couple or a small family group. We offer a wide range of hotels, including Disney World Hotels, and so there is sure to be something within your budget.
Choosing to stay in Orlando is a great move but the closer you are to major attractions like Disney World, the more expensive accommodation will be. Car hire is cheap and with many hotels offer bus shuttles to and from major attractions, you’ll get a better deal for your money by staying further out from the parks.
It sounds idyllic staying right on the coast such as at Fort Lauderdale or Sarasota – and it is! – but may not be an option with a budget. Stay further inland and you’ll notice the cost drop significantly – and you’ll still only be a short walk from the beach!
For families, travelling during the peak holiday season to Florida is just not an option. Opting for a Florida holiday off-peak is a great way to save cash. Avoid July and August when UK schools are on their long summer break and avoid other major holiday times such as Easter and Christmas.
November is the cheapest time to fly to Florida, but make sure you avoid the period around Thanksgiving (usually late November). It will be just as sunny and warm! If you want a summer holiday in Florida, May and June are the cheaper summer months.
Travel as a group
Travelling as a group brings a whole heap of benefits, including a much cheaper price per head. Florida is a popular holiday location full of villas, townhouses and condos, perfect for group holidays. Based on cost per person, a villa holiday in Florida could work out much cheaper than hotels. You will also save money by self-catering too.
Order park tickets in advance
A holiday in Florida usually includes visits to one of the many exciting Florida theme parks. Paying for theme park tickets in advance not only saves you money but saves you time too, allowing you more freedom to enjoy what you’ve come here to do – enjoy the rides and attractions of the parks. Advanced tickets and passes are available for Universal Orlando, Seaworld and more other Florida theme park.
